Paid Media Manager – Woking, Surrey / WFH

£30,000 - £34,000 DOE plus benefits

We are recruiting for a Paid Media to join a growing online marketing company who work with large, well-known brands and global companies.  This is a full-time permanent role and will be offered on both a hybrid and remote basis depending on experience.

They are looking for someone who is experienced in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management working with large and small budgets across key platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads. You will have the knowledge and skills to define the Paid Marketing strategies internally and externally, working across all their clients.

You will love data and have an analytical mind, using advanced insights to dig deep into the metrics of Paid Marketing performance and will also gain exposure on all areas of digital marketing, allowing you to further develop your knowledge.  You will be involved in some of their market leading strategies and techniques and will have the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest digital trends. Learning is a key part of their work and the opportunity to increase your skills and progress your career are substantial.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 24 months experience working in Paid Marketing/ PPC/ Campaign Management.
• You must be an expert in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Microsoft Ads for Paid Marketing Campaigns. This includes the full end-to-end process, from initial research and planning to reporting and optimisation.
• Experience using Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Indeed & Programmatic Ad Platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (previously DoubleClick) is preferable.
• You will be highly numerical with a strong attention to detail.
