Hi, I'm Claire.
I've been passionate about recruitment since the 1990s, and honestly, the passion hasn't faded. There's something genuinely special about helping someone find a role that they have been searching for and equally, finding that one person who just fits and helps a business grow. Those moments are why I do what I do.
I started out as a Consultant placing creative and marketing talent in London, worked my way up to Managing Director at one of the capital's leading creative agencies, and then made the decision to swap the city for the countryside and set up Bluetree in 2004.
I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FREC) something I'm genuinely proud of but if you ask me what I'm most proud of, it's raising over £8,000 for charities by running the London Marathon, Braving the Shave, and swimming the equivalent of the English Channel, thankfully in the much calmer environment of a swimming pool.
Away from work, life is equally as busy, I'm married to Matt, Mum to my daughter Hope and very enthusiastic dogs. You'll usually find me on a yoga mat, walking with my dogs, or taking alot of photos.
