PPC Executive – Woking, Surrey / WFH

£30,000 - £34,000 DOE plus benefits

We are recruiting for a PPC Executive to join a growing online marketing company who work with large, well-known brands and global companies.  This is a full-time permanent role and will be offered on both a hybrid and remote basis depending on experience.

This is recruitment marketing PPC Executive role, working across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and beyond, with client budgets ranging from tactical spends up to £1.5 million a year. You'll be joining a paid media team of three, running campaigns for some genuinely big-name brands, and owning the full process end-to-end: planning, building, optimising, and reporting.

Here, success isn't about clicks and impressions. It's about quality applications, so if you love digging into the data to work out the "so what" behind the numbers, this will suit you down to the ground.

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years' hands-on PPC campaign management, with strong experience across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
• A proactive, self-starting attitude — you spot issues before they become problems
• Sharp attention to detail and a track record of following briefs precisely
• A numerical mind that's comfortable turning data into a clear story
• Bonus points for Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, or recruitment platforms like Indeed, Appcast or Acast
