Marketing Manager, Epsom Surrey

Bluetree is delighted to be working with an established, employee-owned UK manufacturer based in Surrey who are entering an exciting period of transformation and are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join them on that journey. This is a full-time, permanent, fully on-site role.

Reporting to a senior marketing lead, the Marketing Manager will take genuine ownership of the department's output and direction. You will be given projects to run with and the space to make the role your own. You will be involved in digital transformation to e-commerce, from content strategy to AI integration readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of digital marketing activity across SEO, social media, email, paid campaigns and content
• Lead the charge on e-commerce — developing the capability from the ground up
• Drive the business's readiness to integrate AI tools into the marketing function
• Develop and execute a content strategy that includes video and people-led content
• Run projects independently from brief through to delivery, reporting back with clarity
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to challenge thinking and push the marketing agenda forward
• Produce regular reports and project updates for the leadership team

About You

Our client is looking for someone who is energetic, proactive and genuinely excited by the opportunity to build something.

You will need:

• Experience in a marketing role, ideally within an SME or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong digital marketing skills, experienced working in SEO, social media, email, paid and content
• Experience with or a genuine enthusiasm for AI tools in a marketing context
• Comfort with e-commerce or a clear desire to develop in this area
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude — you take direction and run with it
• Strong interpersonal skills — you will be working with an established, close-knit team
