£25,000 - £28,000 DOE plus benefits plus commission

Our client is a highly successful technology focused business, and they are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join their team. In this role you will manage a portfolio where sales-strategy, opportunity-hunting, relationship-building intersect. You will be responsible for: -

• Portfolio Strategy: You’ll dive into internal dashboards to better understand your customers’ needs and contact them with a plan to help them scale.
• The "Gap" Specialist: You’ll identify what products their customers are missing out on
• Execution Excellence: From high value quoting to bespoke projects, you’ll manage the most valuable of their accounts.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: You’ll act as the eyes and ears on the ground, feeding customer insights back to Marketing and Operations to help them stay ahead of the market.
