This is a great new opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a highly successful digital marketing agency to help develop new business opportunities. This is a permanent full time role.

Responsibilities
Build the Sales Pipeline: Proactively generate leads, identify high-potential customers, and expand their sales pipeline
Sell Solutions: Use a consultative, solution-based approach to deliver solutions that address client needs
Close Deals: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, turning prospects into long-term customers
What you’ll bring:
They are looking for someone with a genuine passion for sales, strategic thinking, and an eagerness to grow. While experience is great, they are more interested in your attitude, adaptability, and potential. You should be confident when building new client relationships and maintaining existing one and have evidence of sales skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Requirements:
Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll need to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and business leaders
Sales Savvy: Any experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a bonus
Creativity: When targeting key clients, you'll need to think outside the box and get creative with your outreach strategies to capture attention and spark interest
Drive & Enthusiasm: A natural curiosity, the eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial
