Our client is a fast-growing, well-established digital and creative agency and they are looking for an Account Director to take genuine ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients — shaping strategy, driving growth, and leading a talented account team. This a full time permanent full-time role based in the office.

What you'll be doing

Leading the strategic direction for a portfolio of key client accounts
Acting as trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders
Owning commercial performance — profitability, forecasting and resource planning
Spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business
Mentoring and developing a high-performing account management team

What you'll bring

Experience within a marketing, creative or digital agency
A track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary client accounts
Strong commercial acumen and confident stakeholder management
Your own transport, and the ability to be office-based full-time within a 45-minute drive of Woking
