About Our Client

We are excited to be working for an integrated creative agency who specialise in creative services, brand identity, responsive web design, add development, brochureware and social media campaigns and they are looking for a Studio Manager to join their busy team in a predominantly admin-led role.

Job Description

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the AM team and financial control (logging new jobs / adding bought in costs / keeping job bags up to date / flagging when and where more time is required / moving end dates on as job go backwards / setting jobs to bill etc (as the Agency runs by WIP, not by billing)
  • Studio time allocation for designers, management of freelancers and bought in services
  • Sign-offs and approvals
  • Finally if time allows; making small amendments etc.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Studio Manager or similar experience showing ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
  • Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
  • A true team-player, a great collaborator who is eager to provide insight and receive feedback

Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be a very hands-on part of the Agency, who will predominantly provide a variety of administrative tasks for the AM team.
