PR Account Director – Kingston, Surrey / WFH

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE plus benefits

Flexibility on hours and two days a week remote working

HYBRID ROLE – Your time will be split working between the office, which is based in Kingston, Surrey and from home

We are looking for a PR Account Director for our client who is a multi-award-winning PR agency based in Kingston upon Thames.  They are seeking an ambitious PR Account Director – Tech B2B (possibly some B2C) - with a genuine desire to join a fast growing and well-respected team to work on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

The PR Account Director will have the following key accountabilities:

• Lead strategic contact for client account
• Responsible for client satisfaction and retention
• Overseeing PR campaigns from creative brief to implementation and delivery
• Analysing PR outcomes and interpreting data
• Presenting ideas and findings to the board, clients and key stakeholders
• Directing a team of account managers and executives
• Nurturing and developing junior talent
• Pitching new business and developing new opportunities with existing client accounts
• Developing a wide network and nurturing key contacts

The PR Account Director should possess the following experience and credentials:

Required:

• Extensive experience within the B2B PR sector
• A strong industry network and contacts
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven track record of successfully devising and implementing PR campaigns and strategies
• Polished presenter adept at explaining PR ideas and outcomes to senior client decision makers
• Strong written communication skills (including PR content and proposals)
• Ability to develop strong relationships
• Commercial acumen and experience of developing new business
• Management experience of developing individuals and overseeing performance
