About Our Client

We are excited to be working for an award-winning consultancy that has achieved global recognition for its change communications, employee engagement, and learning and development work.

Their work is growing, and they are now looking to expand their consultancy team with the recruitment of a Junior Consultant who is able to learn quickly about what they do and how they support clients and who will become a key member of the client delivery team.

Job Description

The successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Taking and interrogating client briefs
  • Writing and costing proposals in response to client briefs
  • Desk research of client issues – sourcing client content and outside world insights
  • Setting up and participating in client interviews along with Senior Consultant
  • Taking and reviewing interview notes – identifying key themes and creating report backs
  • Working with Senior Consultant to shape client solutions
  • Presenting findings and recommended solutions back to client
  • Writing content
  • Developing design briefs for studio and briefing studio on creation of materials
  • Providing project support and ensuring deadlines are met – creating and maintaining project plans, updating status reports, schedules and logistical support
  • Creating agendas for client meetings and feeding back actions
  • Monitoring and reporting on project milestones to all stakeholders
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring timely client programme invoicing
  • Proof reading client materials, working through amendments to client materials with studio design team
  • Printing, production and packaging for client and internal projects – including preparing print specification documents, liaising with printers and production suppliers, arranging print, managing deadlines, quality checking and collating printed and digital materials
  • Managing client translation requirements

Successful Candidate

The role is responsible for end-to-end support for client projects.  Being a key member of the client account team, you will research client issues, help to develop proposals in response to client briefs, work with senior consultants to define and develop client solutions, and help to develop the approach and content to deliver those solutions.

You will also be involved in client project management, setting up client accounts and project plans, proofing and checking work, organising client meetings and managing print and other delivery requirements.

In addition, from time to time you will be involved in supporting on marketing / PR activities, creating content for the company website and supporting with marketing and networking events.
