There are currently 2 Account Manager / Project Manager positions available – one is a full-time permanent role, the other is being offered as a fixed-term 1 year contract.

We are delighted to be recruiting Account Managers / Project Managers to work for a global hybrid agency who produce content, collateral and campaigns expertly from concept to delivery for their extensive B2B and B2C client base. They work with some of the biggest global brands and they are now looking for Account Managers / Project Managers to work with their team based in Germany. Please note there are currently 2 Account Manager / Project Manager positions available – one is a full-time permanent role, the other is being offered as a fixed-term 1 year contract – both are being offered on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking new Account Managers / Project Managers to work with their team based in Germany. The successful candidates will be working in the Basingstoke office and will need to be fluent in both English and German which is essential.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for Account Management and Project Management, including Project initiation, planning, execution, control and closure, as well as Team working and Communications.

The Account Managers / Project Managers key purpose is therefore as follows:

Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts maintaining client relationships
Quoting and owning medium complexity projects and running day to day contact with clients
To be the central liaison between Pharma (as well as Consumer, B2B) clients and the studio to understand, organise and deliver all incoming projects (print, digital, creative) to agreed timeframes
Coordination (scheduling and planning) of projects within Berlin and UK teams
Overall ownership and responsibility for the project management of all projects

The Account Managers / Project Managers will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – German and English
Client focused with excellent client facing skills
Ability to manage client conflicts to create win/win
Ability to work under pressure and meet / exceed timelines
Proactive approach
Methodical, logical, organised and well-planned approach
Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrate professionalism to clients, colleagues and suppliers
Native German speaker or German level C1 or above
English C1 or above
Marketing, creative, production agency or client-side background or similar
Marketing knowledge and experience
Agency experience
Software knowledge in Microsoft office
