We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Project Assistant to join a web, software and app development digital agency based in Guildford, Surrey.  Due to expansion, they now require a Digital Project Assistant to join their growing team to work on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

The Digital Project Assistant will have the following responsibilities which will include:

Project administration

• Take comprehensive meeting notes and follow up on action points
• Manage regular client communication
• Assist and oversee small tasks and change request projects
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines
• Provide weekly status updates on projects

Client support

• Assist in the day to day handling of support requests
• Scheduling requests in conjunction with senior producer
• Monitoring support budgets and time spent

Process management

• Assist with the upkeep of the company’s knowledge base and process management
• Help with developing QA and user testing processes
• Manage project QA and user testing process

The Digital Project Assistant should have the following experience and skills:

• 2+ years in project management, account management or admin role
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using online project management software
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile etc)
• A good understanding of commercial principles and budgets
• Agency experience is preferred
