About our Client

After a string of new client work and pitch wins this is a truly exciting opportunity to join a very successful consumer PR agency in central Guildford as a Digital Account Manager.

Job Description

This is a key role within the company which requires the individual to be able to multi-task.  A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service are essential.

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties:

  • Take a strategic approach with your accounts - you will be the main point of contact and will be expected to develop the direction and growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure a key focus is on regular and proactive communication, either via email, telephone or face-to-face meetings
  • Be able to conduct client meetings and present the agency in a clear, confident and engaging manner
  • Manage the whole campaign process.  This will include taking the brief, establishing objectives, working with the design studio and delivery of the project
  • Prepare paperwork for projects, e.g. estimates, proposals, scope of work documents and project timelines
  • After each project, carry out a debrief / analysis with the client
  • Deliver projects profitably, on time, on budget and to brief

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in running / leading digital PR campaigns
  • Have SEO knowledge
  • Be community management led
  • Be proficient in digital advertising
  • Excel in LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook which is mandatory
  • Experience of Whatsapp, Snap Chat and Tik Tok would also be beneficial
  • Have strong client handling skills
  • Be creative – with ideas and writing
  • Be a strong team player
  • Possess excellent communication skills in regard to junior members and when talking to clients
