We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Account Manager / Client Partner to join a web, software and app development digital agency based in Guildford, Surrey.  Due to expansion, they now require a Digital Account Manager / Client Partner to join their growing team to work on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

The Digital Account Manager / Client Partner will have the following duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:

• As part of the Client Partner team, you’ll be responsible for working with customers to ensure their needs are met and be proactive and make recommendations that will help their businesses grow
• To achieve this, you’ll have an excellent understanding of and be passionate about delivering exceptional digital products
• The role will see you working with the senior management, project management and design and development / production teams

The Digital Account Manager / Client Partner should have the following qualifications, requirements, experience and skills:

• 3+ years of agency experience for an in-house team
• Proven track records and demonstrable skills in proposal writing and account management work
• Work to grow business with existing customers and to attract new clients
• Able to write and deliver sales proposals and pitches using benefits-led, persuasive language
• Impeccable customer-facing skills, both oral and written – the ability to understand, empathise and assist clients in getting the best results with the business
• Collaborative attitude and ability to motivate and get results
• Use CRM software to communicate and engage with clients
• A proactive approach actively nurtures and grows leads and sales through the business
• Able to deliver at a consistently high level in a demanding, commercial environment
• Manage conflict positively and assertively to achieve the best outcome
