About Our Client

We are working for a one of the UK’s leading providers of business supplies and services that cover almost every product and service that any company, in any sector could need and they are looking for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team.

Job Description

The successful applicant’s key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Preparing accurate sales quotations after establishing requirements and budget with customers and account managers.
  • Familiarisation with products available through extensive suppliers.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets for price comparison purposes.
  • Processing sales and purchase orders.
  • Creating timelines and liaising with customers and suppliers about delivery dates.
  • Solving delivery related problems as they occur.
  • Occasional accompanied visits to customers and suppliers.
  • Fully supporting the team with a hands-on attitude for day-to-day activities.

  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Successful Applicant

The Customer Services Advisor is part of the Customer Service team and is responsible for providing support and service for Customers, suppliers, sales teams and installation colleagues. The duties are many and varied and may involve helping with any aspect of the branch operation.
