Analytics Consultant – Woking, Surrey or WFH

Salary £28,000 - £38,000 based on experience, plus benefits

This can be a remote role.  However, our client would like you to work from their offices in Woking 3-4 times a month, but these days are flexible.

Job Description

The Analytics Consultant will:

• Reporting to the Technical Director, you will work on end to end implementation of custom analytics tracking and reporting solutions for all the agency’s clients
• They are looking for you to recommend what should and should not be tracked on client websites, ensure it is set up properly and implement it
• It would be useful if you had an understanding of data visualisation and dashboarding using software such as Power BI or Google Data Studio
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment where there will be several projects on the move at any given time. The ability to prioritise your time between projects is essential to ensure a smooth delivery
• You’ll be well supported and there will be lots of opportunities to learn from the other members of the team.   This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and develop in Digital Marketing

The Analytics Consultant will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• A minimum of 6 months experience of working in an analytics implementation and reporting role
• Our client requires you to have passed the Google Analytics for Beginners course and preferably also done the Advanced Google Analytics course
• You will have an advanced understanding of Google Tag Manager, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS Selectors and JavaScript
• It would be useful (not essential) if you had a basic understanding of GTM Server Side and cookie consent management set-ups
• It would be useful (not essential) if you had experience of creating visual reports using Power BI or Google data studio
• Useful but not essential to have experience of conversion rate optimisation CRO using AB testing, heat maps or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You must be thorough with incredible organisation and incredible attention to detail
