Account Manager – WFH / Reigate, Surrey

Salary DOE plus benefits

This role is being offered with an immediate start on a 4-month contract initially, with the option of extending this for the right candidate.  Flexible working options are also available, working in the office from Tuesday-Thursday currently, with Mondays and Fridays spent working from home.

About Our Client

Our client is a fully integrated agency with over 25 years'​ experience of delivering outstanding strategic creative marketing solutions across a wide range of business sectors including property, entertainment, charity, financial and healthcare. Due to being exceptionally busy, they are seeking an Account Manager with experience in property ideally to work with them on a 4-month contract basis initially, with the possibility of extending this for the right person.

Job Description

The successful applicant will carry out the following key responsibilities:

  • Verbal and written briefing of client requirements back to the agency team
  • Working closely with the Operations Director, Account Director and Studio Manager, to scope, plan and project manage work, liaise with the creative and development teams
  • Management of client and project budgets
  • Project evaluation and financial reporting and forecasting
  • Managing external suppliers and specialists
  • Overseeing the quality of service delivery in terms of efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Participation in client meetings and presenting work
  • Research and input to marketing strategy
  • Assistance with pitch preparation as required

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who has a sound knowledge and experience of through the line marketing and can talk knowledgably and confidently about all aspects of digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will therefore possess:

  • Experience of advertising would be desirable, and experience in property is also highly regarded
  • Strong online social / digital experience would be equally as valuable
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Creative problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and continually re-prioritise tasks against agreed objectives / timescales
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Successful Candidate

Alongside a colleague, the successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for a designated account from the agency client portfolio. They will act as the link between client and agency and manage the planning, delivery and monitoring of their own projects.
