Account Executive – Caterham, Surrey

£22,000 - £25,000 plus benefits and bonus

Two positions are currently available for this role.

About Our Client

We are excited to be working for an integrated creative agency who specialise in creative services, brand identity, responsive web design, add development, brochureware and social media campaigns.  They are at a pivotal point in their growth and are looking for two Account Executives to join their busy team.

Job Description

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of workflow into the studio, working with the account team to prioritise work
  • Creating project estimations, scoping, project reconciliations and identifying solutions for out-of-scope requirements
  • Project planning and management
  • Ensuring billing and admin is to process and kept updated at all times
  • Making sound commercial and financial decisions, quickly understand problems, propose solutions and prevent issues before they arise
  • Supporting the team in delivering a wide range of projects, from branding to one-off campaigns

  • 1-2 years’ agency experience, preferably in a full service / through the line agency
  • Project management or similar showing ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
  • Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues and other stakeholders

  • Perform any other duties assigned by Account Director

  • Team Working - Shares information and knowledge with the team. Offers assistance to colleagues when they need it. Shows respect for others’ views and feelings.
  • Judgement - Makes logical decisions having considered all relevant information and alternative solutions. Considers the broader implications of proposed actions.

Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will report to the Account Director and assist across developing briefs and working internally to create exceptional work on time and within budget. You will work alongside different teams and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.

You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running. The role involves project and systems management, so your administration skills must be top-notch and you will need to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy, whilst following agency and client processes.

This is a key role, supporting the wider account management team, and you should be capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
