Account Director - Odiham, Hampshire

Salary £50,000 DOE, plus benefits

NOT A HYBRID ROLE – Your time will be spent working in the office, which is based in Odiham, Hampshire

We are delighted to be recruiting an Account Director for a full-service creative agency based in Hampshire with a client base spanning the globe. With expertise in creative, marketing, digital, media, PR and video creation, they are looking for an Account Director to join their busy team.

Job Description

The Account Director will have the following responsibilities:

Actively building client relationships and running meetings with senior clients
Leading the management of pitch preparation for new business opportunities and producing and presenting new business proposals
Financial forecasting for client accounts
Developing accurate proposals and budgets
Taking client briefs and writing internal client briefs
Leading the efficient planning and management of all projects from brief through to execution
Reviewing creative and strategic work and proactively suggesting improvements
Ensuring work developed for your clients is on-brief and of a high quality
Presenting relevant market knowledge to your clients and the internal teams in order to better service your client accounts

The Account Director will therefore need:

Experience of working on global brands at a senior level
Experience of working on brand strategy, brand identity and brand activation projects
Integrated experience across design, print and digital
Highly experienced in content creation, campaign execution and roll-out in multiple languages
To speak and write brilliantly
To be highly design literate
With outstanding attention to detail
Highly experienced in managing multiple projects
Focussed on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
To understand the unique requirements of working for a small agency
