Being part of the Wirehive 100 is an absolute pleasure for Bluetree and this will be the 3rd year we have sponsored the awards. The Wirehive 100 Awards and League Table showcase digital excellence and recognise the outstanding work and exceptional individuals from agencies in the southern counties based outside of London. Returning for their sixth year they have an expanded list of categories and eligible regions and this year will reflect the latest trends in digital, and an awards event that promises to be their best to date.
In 2012 they had the idea to host their own awards ceremony to celebrate the wealth of digital talent in the South of England and this snowballed to become the Wirehive 100 Awards and League Table. As a specialist agency hosting provider for the area they were convinced agencies outside of London weren’t getting the recognition they deserved for their superb work. After five amazing years of running the awards and constantly growing in size and scale, they are pulling out all the stops for year six to become the awards of choice for digital agencies across the whole of the South.
Once again the categories have been updated and expanded, affording the best opportunity to showcase the rich variety of work that comes out of this area. At the heart of the awards is the Wirehive 100 League Table. More than just a means of seeing how agencies stack up against the competition, it’s used as a tool by companies in the South to find recognised local agencies to work with.
For the first time in its history, the awards are open to digital agencies based in whole of the South outside of London, including: Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire.
All of the judging is overseen by their independent panel of distinguished digital professionals ensuring a Wirehive 100 Award is a recognised and credible benchmark of digital excellence.
